
Houseal Lavigne Associates prepared the development plan for 650 acres of undeveloped land at the intersection of US Route 34 and US Route 30 in the Village of Montgomery. The purpose of the assignment was to create multiple development scenarios for the site in an effort to illustrate to the development community that a creative and context sensitive land plan could overcome the severe physical limitations of the site, while maximizing the development potential of the highly visible parcels. The final product is being used by the Village to solicit and guide development of the site.
