Comprehensive Plan

Prioritizing the revitalization of the City's commercial corridors was a focus of Countryside's first ever Comprehensive Plan. Six targeted subarea plans were developed, including one for the LaGrange Road Corridor, a regional hub for auto dealerships, and one for a recently annexed rural residential area with large lots and equestrian properties. The Plan, which was directed and prepared by the Principals of Houseal Lavigne Associates, also designates the location for a new civic center and municipal complex intended to house a range of community facilities.
