Randall Park Tennis Courts

Can the existing cranberry/or fruit tree(s) on the south side of the easterly most Randall Park tennis courts be cut down? They look to be in poor or dying condition and always drop berries on the courts during the spring, summer, and fall making it a real mess when trying to play tennis. Any consideration would be appreciated.
