Two questionnaires have been prepared as part of the outreach process. The on-line questionnaires are intended to allow anyone in the City to participate in the process, even if they are unable to attend a meeting or workshop.

One questionnaire is for City residents and the other is for owners and managers of Benton Harbor businesses. The questionnaires include both multiple choice and open ended questions. The questionnaires should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
