Two questionnaires have been prepared as part of the TCD3 outreach process. The on-line questionnaires are intended to allow anyone in the Village to participate in the process, even if they are unable to attend a meeting or workshop.

One questionnaire is for Village residents and the other is for owners and managers of Downers Grove businesses. The questionnaires include both multiple choice and open ended questions. The questionnaires should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

If you or anyone you know would rather fill out a hard copy of the questionnaire, rather than on-line, you may obtain a copy of the questionnaire at the Village Hall. Simply fill out the questionnaire and return it. Your responses will be included in our results tabulation.
