HLA is engaged to help visualize the development potential of a key riverfront site in Downtown Peoria, Illinois.  The scope of work was simple - transform this site plan into a series of inspiring images of development along the river in Downtown Peoria.  One of the images we created can be seen on the right, the series of images can be found on the City's blog. 

HLA will conduct another AICP training course for the Illinois Chapter of the APA. This is the fourth year Houseal Lavigne Associates has conducted the AICP training course for Illinois.
