Draft Issues and Opportunities Memo Available

The DRAFT Issues and Opportunities Memorandum was presented to the Plan Commission and the public at the October 25^th Plan Commission meeting and the final draft of the memorandum can be found HERE. A presentation on the Downtown Subarea plan will be given at the January 10, 2019 Plan Commission meeting.
