The Town of Greenwich has contracted with Houseal Lavigne Associates for preparation of the Plan of Conservation and Development. With nationwide and Connecticut-specific experience in planning, the consultants will be working with Town representatives and staff to gather and evaluate community ideas for Greenwich’s future.
