The Gunnison 2030 project team conducted a Visioning Workshop on Wednesday, April 24. A lively crowd gathered around a spread of hors d’oeuvres and drinks at Western’s University Center Ballroom, ready to get to work mapping ideas and crafting a vision for the future of the City.
Nine table groups worked collaboratively to create colorful maps. Each table elected a scribe and reporter to present to the larger workshop their map ideas and one big idea for the City, and participants were invited to view and discuss all nine maps to close out the evening.
Thanks to everyone who came out! Keep an eye on the documents page of this website for a detailed summary of the Visioning Workshop.
